The Feminine Phoenix
The powerful modality of Rebirthing Breathwork is a simple yet profound way to access your true potential and re-connect with that part of you, which has never forgotten it is one with all of creation, therefore knows how to create and function in the world from a win/win perspective.
Rebirthing Breathwork is an excellent method of clearing unresolved issues, limiting beliefs and the remanence of past events that often stand in the way of you reaching your true potential. This clearing or transformation allows a return to mental & emotional balance, greater health and the feelings of more aliveness, peace, joy and love.
Consultations are available on a private/individual, couples or group basis.
I am also available as a facilitator of workshops and retreats.
Way of the Heart
This group comes together once a week. It offers a space for like minded and hearted souls to gather in oneness and support with the common intention of self discovery, growth, and wondrous inquiry.
Yoga & Breathwork Weekend Retreats
I am presently co-facilitating weekend retreats combining the modalities of yoga and breathwork. These weekends are held on a tranquil acreage in the local farming district of Port Stephens.
Way of the Dolphin
This coming spring & summer I will be offering one day intensives combining breathwork and dolphin therapy in the pristine waters of Port Stephens, where approximately 120 wild dolphins choose to make their home.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
an accredited Rebirthing Breathworker and I serve on the committee of the Australian Breathwork Association.
My accreditation is from the Faculty of Counselling & Life Studies, Nature Care College, Sydney.
I have trained in many other modalities, such as;
