Bowen Therapy(NST) empowers the body’s own healing resources by releasing physical, emotional and mental stress. Treatment consists of a sequence of small gentle moves at specific points on the body. There is no forceful manipulation, just a light cross-fibre manoeuvering of the muscle, tendon or ligament. Receiving a Bowen/NST treatment is a very relaxing and nurturing experience, while also giving fast and lasting remedial results with sports injuries, chronic and/or joint complaints, from the newborn to the elderly. It is especially helpful for people who have trouble “letting go” and relaxing.

This healing technology gets to the bottom of your core beliefs and contracts as we work very methodically on your energetic hologram for deep clearing and transformation.
