NATUROPATHY
Naturopath Lyn Chalmers uses a wide range of natural therapies including flower essences, nutrition, herbal medicine, homoeopathy, iridology and reiki, as appropriate to suit individual needs. She places emphasis on understanding the factors that influence your wellbeing so that you can take a greater role in managing your own health. Naturopathy is a complementary approach to health care providing safe and supportive treatment for many health conditions. Equal importance is given to preventative health, including advice and information on diet and lifestyle to encourage a greater sense of wellbeing and vitality. Lyn's special interests include hormonal imbalances, stress related conditions, immune and digestive problems, nutrition, weight loss and management. (ATMS)
Counselling & Psychotherapy
These approaches are similar but there are some differences.
Counselling focuses particularly on specific problems or changes in life adjustment. Psychotherapy involves more intensive and longer term work on any of the above mentioned goals as well as addressing a range of mental health issues.
Supervision
Supervision is offered for counsellors, psychotherapists, and community workers both individually or in groups
Supervision can support and enhance your work through professional development, skills practice and guidance on clinical issues.
It can also help prevent burnout and offer guidance on accountability issues.

Shiatsu can help with all sorts of physical issues and is also very helpful when you are feeling emotionally challenged or just plain stressed.
Lymphatic Drainage
This is a very gentle massage technique to stimulate the flow of lymph through major lymph ducts to assist in stimulating the immune system and reducing fluid retention. Lymphatic Drainage can help you recover from the flu or coughs and
colds.
Reflexology
This is a therapeutic foot massage technique. Reflex points on the feet are used to treat corresponding areas of the body.
