Conversely, getting in touch with our real selves allows us to access the resources we need to live a life of freedom, truth, happiness, health and abundance.

REIKI - CRYSTAL THERAPY - SACRED STONES
Reiki is a non-invasive, usually hands-on technique which channels universal life-force energy through the hands of the practitioner. It has a calming effect and gently opens energetic blockages, allowing healing energy to flow and enhancing your body's natural healing abilities.
Crystals are excellent tools to assist in healing due to their high vibrational frequencies and sensitivity. Having your chakras cleansed and balanced with crystals helps you to manage your energy better, promoting greater vitality, health and sense of purpose in your life.
Sacred Stones are normally used in Sacred Stone Therapy which is based on ancient Ayurvedic principles and rituals and aims to bring your natural energies back into balance. I have found that using Sacred Stones during therapies such as Reiki and Crystal Therapy reaches deeper, allowing energetic and emotional blocks to be cleared more quickly and easily. I have therefore decided to offer this extra option to my clients. Warm stones may be used for placements on the chakra system and/or if appropriate for massage on one or two areas of the body (eg the soles of the feet).
After a detailed discussion with you about what you intend to get from your session, I use your input plus my intuition to design a treatment around your needs, combining elements of all three modalities. I have found over the past year with clients that the combination and its flexibility is considerably more powerful than using one modality by itself. JOURNEYWORK (Brandon Bays)
Do you wonder why you over-react to or attract certain kinds of situations or people and wish you could stop it? What about those uncontrollable habits or cravings that seem to erupt from nowhere? Maybe you feel anxious, isolated or just plain unhappy and don't know why. Or there's an issue that is holding you back but you just can't let it go. Often without realising it, hurt from unresolved past experiences can cause you to react negatively to things which happen now. You can become caught up in a damaging behaviour and belief pattern which you may think is your natural personality but is really a result of your past conditioning and pain.
The Journey is a simple yet powerful process which helps to release that old emotional baggage so that you can see things from a fresh perspective and move on with your life. Letting go of the pain of old experiences, and beliefs and behaviours which no longer serve you, can even help with healing physical conditions and illnesses which have an emotional component. Brandon Bays healed her own huge uterine tumour through The Journey process, with no surgery (see her book "The Journey").
With The Journey, as a client you are lovingly guided through a visualisation process to uncover the emotional baggage which blocks you and to deal with it in a way which frees you to be more of who you truly are. You can do this by playing The Transformation Game, a powerful interactive tool conceived at the world-renowned Findhorn community in Scotland and which closely mirrors players' lives, helping to bring clarity, insight and resolution to any issue. This fascinating non-competitive board game is played in a small group setting under the guidance of an accredited Facilitator and is a playful way of understanding and transforming the way you operate in your life. As you work towards your individual goal or focus, the Game speaks directly to the issues this raises and provides clear feedback on how your life can be transformed to reach your goal.
