SERVICES
Aromatherapy:
90 minute relaxation massage for the whole body. Pure essential oils are used. A full medical history will be taken at the first appointment to ensure safety of the oils chosen and used. Massages for pregnant women (60 minutes) and babies (20 to 30 minutes) is available.
Remedial Massage:
60 minute massage. A full medical history will be taken at the first appointment. This will be used to discuss a therapeutic massage plan including the areas of treatment and essential oils utilised. Swedish massage is available.
Lymphatic Drainage:
A gentle therapy, designed to mechanically remove fluids and toxins from the body from via the lymph system. Depending on the areas treated, the massage will generally take 90 minutes. Lymphatic drainage is used to treat pain from arthritis, oedema, lymphoedema, other swelling, PMT, sinus congestion, immune deficiency, and can be used for skin detoxification.
Training: Was conducted between 2000 and 2003 at Nature Care College in Sydney.
