Nicole has been working with individuals, couples and families for over 11 years to help them to overcome varying health complaints, both acute and chronic.
Emphasis is placed on addressing the body as a whole to restore balance and health, not just focusing on the ailment in isolation.
Nicole's treatment includes an overall health assesment, dietary and lifestyle recommendations and an iris reading. Herbal medicines, homoeopathic remedies and vitamin and mineral supplements may be prescribed or recommended as part of an individual's treatment program.
The aim of Nicole's treatment is not just to treat existing health complaints, but also to educate clients as to what may have caused the complaint and how to prevent it from occurring again.
Nicole's vast experience as a practitioner and as a mother of three allows her the unique insight into not only what treatment is effective, but what is practical. Nicole prides herself on tailoring her treatments to suit each client's individual lifestyles and capabilities. Her recommendations are practical and realistic.
Although competent and experienced in all areas of health, Nicole's particular areas of expertise are women's hormonal problems and fertility.

Her treatment ranges from helping couples to achieve optimal health before and during pregnancy, to addressing specific issues which may be hindering conception or contributing to problems such as recurrent miscarriage. Nicole also works closely with other health professional to enhance the success of IVF where necessary.
Specific hormonal complaints such as endometriosis, poly cystic ovarian syndrome, fibroids, PMS and menopause all respond well to naturopathic treatment and are all conditions that Nicole treats successfully.
