WHO IS JULIANO MUSCARA & HIS CUSTOM MADE STRESS BUSTER TECHNIQUE
Married for 29 years with 2 adult children. Juliano has been self employed all his life. Born in the bronx of Torrensville and raised in Flinders Park. Juliano(also know as ""pop-eye"") soon became the pied piper of his local suburb, firstly coaching football for the under 10's, 12's and 14's at the Flinders Park football club and delivering milk to the locals for 4 years, which led him to do a couple of part time massage courses and eventually the full time remedial diploma course, whilst being a milky. Juliano was the first ever professional male massage therapist in the football world. After a stint with the former West Torrens Football Club, he moved onto the newly formed Crows squad, before being lured to the Port Magpie nest and has been there ever since. In 1986 he was discovered and invited to an island conference, supplying remedial massages to the world's top physic people. It was this event on the island that inspired Juliano and gave him the confidence to move into the real world. Juliano successfully operated the Goodwood Sports Clinic for several years, supplying services to Australia and Adelaide's elite sports people and Formula 1 grand prix drivers. Juliano loves his family and his Italian culture and enjoys relaxing playing golf, fishing and cooking and footy His 28yrs of massage experience and healing hands are very well respected in the sports industry and Italian community. His professionalism and direct approach to life in general and ablility to communicate at all levels with people is exemplifying and he treats every client the same. His intuition and sense of touch to detect tension and blocked energy in its many forms, layers and channels in each client's body and able to break-up and release muscle tension still is one of Juliano's best remedies to treat both emotional and physical ailments, e.g. anxiety, depression, deep seated emotional disturbances and stress. It can assist in healing back pain, various injuries including repetitive strain injury, pinched nerves, sciatica, muscular spasms, aches, pains, stiffness,migraines, arthritis, scoliosis and even forms of immobility.
Juliano's deep tissue massage is able to trace the muscle tightness to its source and release tension using a wide range of therapeutic strokes.
So if someone has a bad posture, it maybe likely be connected to a muscle imbalance ,being postural muscles gravatating to wrong position for many hours on a daily basis and they become chronically overworked and cause them to shorten and tighten, which can alter our spinal curvature,and this extremely common muscle imbalance causes nasty things to happen to our bodies they include,degeneration of the upper and lower spine, prolapsed discs , trapped nerves, repetive strain injuries ,carpel tunnel, bad headaches, and breathing dysfunctions as tension actually may be coming from their feet or chest - there is no point in doing a deep tissue massage on their back when tension is held elsewhere.
