Take BIO FIT on fingertip and apply underneath wrist, behind ears & neck. Place 5 drops in water bowl beside bed when sleeping. To be repeated every 40 mins if required.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of Sinus Relief too one glass of water & inhale through nose. Repeat every 6 hours if required.
