SERVICES Chris is a former psychiatrist/psychoanalyst who has turned to counselling folk with depression and anxiety, as well as a multitude of other emotional problems, yet does not resort to drug treatment.

He has extensive training and experience and offers a unique and specialised service to people with not only depression, but also family and marriage difficulties, grief, personal and emotional hurdles such as anxiety, PTSD, phobias and interpersonal and relationship issues, including unhappy and unrewarding lifestyles and situations.

He uses a variety of therapies such as Brief, Short Term and Long Term Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Marital and Family Therapy, as well as being an experienced Grief Counsellor .
He also specialises in the treatment of drug and alcohol problems.
He is a Facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich Programme, specifically designed for couples who are contemplating marriage, or couples experiencing problems in their relationship and casts light on the strengths and potential problem areas of the relationship.
He has a warm, empathic and caring personality, and combined with a highly professional approach, using a wide range of techniques, has the ability to understand and help you through your time of crisis! No referral is required.

COST: $75.00 per hour (Sliding scale for Students and health care card)
