Relaxation Massage
Different strokes and techniques applied releases endorphins into the muscles giving a euphoric feeling as well as using essentail oils to help the muscles relax; also helps to remove toxins from the body by moving the Lymph fluid out through the waste system.
Therapeutic Massage
Trigger pointing system applied to the muscles to help release tight spots in the muscles essentail oils are often used for reducing inflammation which in turn reduces pain.
Sports Massage
A move vigorous massage is given to stimulate the muscles. Can be used before or after a game.
