Sports Massage
I provide sports and remedial massage to develop and maintain muscle and soft tissue health and prevent sports injuries. This treatment can include the use of myofascail release, lymphatic drainage and trigger point therapy
Stress Management Massage
Remedial and relaxation massage is used incorporating myofascial , lymphatic and trigger point therapy techniques. Aromatherapy oils are used.
