SERVICES
The whole person is treated first looking at the physical body eg structure of muscle, bones, then the diet, then emotional weaknesses
TREATMENTS - can include-
MYOPRACTIC-involves assessment of bones & muscles to find misalignments that are the cause of the pain or problem. Problem is addressed with muscles being rolled over, allowing the body to feel relieved and pain alleviated.
MASSAGE- can include relaxation, remedial, deep tissue.or lympathic using essential oils that can relax, refresh or stimulate
REFLEXOLOGY - used in the foot massage to check the bodies internal problems that can then be treated with the use of diet, myopractic, flower essences or the infrared sauna or foot detox machine
DIET ANALYSIS- individual diets are assessed for nutritional content then revised and advice given
BODY EXFOLIATION- body is brushed, massaged with sea salt and essential oils, wrapped in a hygenic wrap and allowed to heat & rest allowing the toxins to be release in the perspiration. After a shower the skin is as soft as velvet.
I-DETOX FOOT MACHINE- allows toxins to be drawn from the body into the foot bath. Amazing murky colours can be seen coming from your body along with heavy metals, nicotine etc.
FACIALS - face, neck and shoulders are cleansed and exfoliated with a relaxing massage and a steam treatment. A deep moisturising mask or face -lift firm the skin while freshners, toners and moisturisers leave the face looking great
