I love educating people about their bodies, what their symptoms mean and what we can do to get them feeling great again. 

The best part of my work is getting to know all of you, what makes you happy and what is most important to you in life. Although we are talking about serious health concerns, I love to make our time together enjoyable. I love the social aspect of my job. That is why I went from almost becoming a biotechnologist, stuck behind a microscope all day, to becoming a naturopath who gets to use a microscope as part of my work.

I personally had been unwell on and off most of my life and after a severe bout of pneumonia at the age of 18, everything became worse and was affecting my life. I ended up on 3 medications & even with those I wasn’t feeling well or doing much better. My GP said I just have to deal with being sick and there was nothing I could eat or change to strengthen my immune system.

This led me to a Naturopath, as mum had introduced me to this type of therapy much earlier in life. After 3 months of working on my diet, lifestyle and taking herbal and nutritional remedies I was feeling truly amazing.

I felt everyone should know about this & so here I am…..getting to do the same for others & it brings me so much joy.

For over 9 years my focus has been on gut health. This occurred by chance after my husband was diagnosed with 2 gut conditions. I wanted to learn everything there was to know about gut health and how natural medicine could help improve his wellbeing.
